Russell Cook

After graduating in 1984 from Newcastle University, Russell joined stockbroker Pember & Boyle.  In 1986 he moved to the Corporate Finance Department of the newly formed Morgan Grenfell Securities where he worked on a number of major transactions. 

More recently he was Deputy Head of Corporate Finance at Teather & Greenwood between 1998 and 2002 before joining Charles Stanley Securities to take up a similar role. 

Russell has a broad range of transaction and sector experience, with a particular focus on companies in the media and technology arenas, and has worked on numerous UK public takeovers, IPOs and secondary fundraisings.
