Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is joint Managing Director of Charles Stanley Securities .

Mark joined Charles Stanley in 2002 having previously been a Director of Corporate Finance at Teather & Greenwood Limited. Prior to joining Teather & Greenwood Limited, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and latterly worked in Price Waterhouse's Corporate Finance Global Technology Team.

Mark has acted for companies from both a financial advisory and corporate broking perspective in the mid and small cap quoted arena. Mark has significant transactional experience and has successfully completed a range of transactions including IPOs, fund raisings, acquisitions, disposals and takeovers.
