Luke Webster

Luke joined Charles Stanley in April 2010 from the London Stock Exchange Group where he was Manager of the AIM Regulation team. Before joining the LSE Luke had qualified as a solicitor at Nabarro where he specialised in ECM work as well as public and private M&A.

Following a short secondment, Luke joined the corporate finance team at Oriel Securities where he acted on several IPO's and M&A transactions across a range of sectors. These included the IPO's of Velti, Hydrogen Group, Valiant Petroleum and Arawak Energy as well as Centrica's acquisition of Venture Production and the Infinis bid for Novera Energy.
