Karri Vuori

Karri joined in September 2010 from Hawkpoint Partners where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and ECM in the mid-cap space.

Karri has advised, among others, on the recent £84m sales of System C Healthcare to McKesson Corporation, the £195m take private of Nord Anglia Education by Baring Private Equity Asia and the sale of Pearl & Dean by STV Group.

Karri also worked at Hawkpoint's parent company, Collins Stewart, completing a number of fundraisings for Official List clients such as Development Securities and Manganese Bronze. Prior to Hawkpoint, Karri spent three years at KPMG focussing on Private Equity transactions.
