Darren Vickers
Darren joined Charles Stanley Securities in October 2010 having previously been a senior member of the AIM Regulation team at the London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the Exchange, Darren qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and was a manager within their Banking & Securities audit practice.
At the Exchange, Darren was extensively involved in the development of AIM policy, led the drafting of additions and revisions to the AIM Rules (including drafting the AIM Note for Investing Companies) and created the AIM Regulation newsletter, Inside AIM. He also completed a secondment with Arbuthnot Securities Limited.
Darren has significant transaction experience, including reverse takeovers, fundraisings and other takeover work.
