Carl Holmes
Carl joined Charles Stanley in November 2005 having spent two years at Linklaters LLP following his university career. He is a graduate of Durham University where he attained a Bachelors and Masters degree in Law, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. While at Charles Stanley Securities he has obtained the Corporate Finance Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
At Charles Stanley he has been involved in several IPO's, Tender Offers, Open Offer, secondary fundraisings, M&A transactions and rule 3 engagements for both fully listed and AIM quoted companies. Recent transactions include the IPO of Plastics Capital plc, Fieldbury plc reverse takeover of MobileWave Limited and the recommended cash offer by Cooper Controls (U.K.) Ltd for Mount Engineering plc (advising Mount Engineering).
